New Listings prices not correct

all my new listings are showing the incorrect price from yesterday.. The listing itself is correct but the price shown to buyers is 20% higher.

Have you refreshed the page - I find that it still does it sometimes but now rights itself. Best to leave it a few minutes, then re-fresh.

Hi, the one listing I complaind about is now corrected, but the all the new ones I add or the rest of them are still with the 20% vat...

Is because you are selling product in a country but your eBay account is
linked to a different country. If you don't want to pay vat you should
change your residence aligned to selling country by creating a new eBay
account.

In all others cases, no other ways to remove VAT, this is the law

Ah, this is a different issue, mine was just a cache issue I think, refresh and all is good as I am in the UK, sell to the UK or overseas via global shipping. You are in the US (unless you have put this by mistake), and so yes, as matrix mentions, there will probably be 20% vat to pay, though there is no vat on shipping to the US #gettingcomplicated

Your account is registered in Latvia, so 20% Import VAT will be added by law when you sell to countries outside Latvia. 

There is no error on your account, 20% Import VAT will be added because your account is registered outside the UK.

This is effecting me as well. I listed a few items eariler and they did not have this issue until this one. I listed the item price as £44.50 and when you search it on ebay it says its £53.50 or somewhere around there. Then I changed it to £40 and now searching it on Ebay it says its £48.

I am certain my account is registered in the country I am from, or am i wrong?

I have the same. Everything is 20% more expensive, although I am in the UK and I only sell in the UK.

Give it time, it should right itself - still unsure why it does this!

This seems to still be ongoing. An item listed at £24.99 is showing to be £29.99. 
when you actually go to checkout it shows the correct price of £24.99.

Hi there,

If you are experiencing this in your listings, could you please double check your VAT box? For context, if you are a VAT registered seller, you have to provide a gross price and separate VAT rate on your listings, so we can determine the correct amount of VAT to collect from consumers. If you leave the VAT box in blank, the system will assume the price is net, and it will add UK VAT on top of your price, causing the difference on the price that you are seeing. 

If this is not the case, then please let me know, as there might be an issue with your account. If this is the case, I will be happy to report that for you.

VAT box is correctly input with 0% on listings and it still shows incorrect price.

desperate to get this fixed as drastically affecting sales.

Im having exactly the same issues - all my listing before last weekend have been changed to have 20% added to both my BIN and postage fees 

Everything form last weekend onwards is correct

When I go to revise the listing it states the correct amount and VAT is not checked to be added - it states VAT included

I have had a ticket raised with the tech team but they have said no one else has had this issue !

Its not just art - all of my 2000+ listings (apart from childrens clothing which is VAT exempt anyway) have been changed - clothes, books, DVDs, Postcards - all have had VAT Added
