Hi Marco
Im having this issue - Not VAT registered and the boxes for VAT are not ticked in my listings - they were all correct but since the weekend all but the Childrens clothing section have had VAT added to the BIN proce as well as the postage
Everything listed on Sunday is correct
When I go to revise the listing it shows the correct amount

I'm also having this issue, not just on new listings, but some that are several months old. It's showing at a significantly lower price on the page where I can send offers to interested buyers to the actual listing page, meaning I have sent offers knocking off alot more than I actually wanted to as I've been going off the price shown on the offers page!
It's so frustrating that we can cancel the offer but it's an ebay glitch so we loose money if they sell as I can't remember the listing price of everything I have listed.

I've attached a file showing the 3 screens and the prices each one shows

Hi there, I'm also having this issue on a large number of listings - some newer, some older.
Please could you add me to this tech report to get this issue sorted for me? Thanks in advance for your help!

Its been 2 weeks for me!!!!!

Thanks marco@ebay !
Can I just add these photos from this morning..
It's preventing me from counter offering as it thinks I'm offering at a higher amount that the item is listed at. The first photo is a screenshot from my app and the listing is a screenshot from my husband viewing the listing to check the price for me.

Having exact same issue.
In "My eBay">selling>active
Every buy it now listing I've made, shows the right price and postage value. I only sell using buy it now. But, when I click the eBay hyperlink page for my item, what eBay shows is not the price I set - but has added 20% to the item price and the postage! This was also confirm when I search eBay UK from my phone, and not logged in. My item appeared, but viewing the page showed the 20% inflated price!
HUGE issue, things won't sell until this is fixed.

What an absolute joke this is! I spent around 15 hours last week adjusting prices to be competitive, and this happens with a 20% increase. Words can't describe how I feel right now! a lot of different emotions at this point.

I cancelled all the listings with the 20% bug today. I simply clicked "sell a similar item" from the item listing view, which brings all the information, wording and correct pricing from the active listing. The right before I pressed the button to list and make it go live, I had the active window open in another Edge tab and pressed to end-listing. Once I confirmed the closure of the original one with the 20% bug, I think clicked list-with-displayed-fees on the new/copy.
For now, none of the one's I recreated have had the 20% bug. Annoying as hekk for sure.

I'm also experiencing this across many listings. No wonder my sales have been so bad over the past 2 weeks.

Had this reply back from eBay. If you have posted about this anywhere else, please spread the word.
"Thank you for contacting eBay Customer Service regarding system adding 20% VAT on item and postage price on listing page. I’m extremely sorry for the inconvenience it has caused to you. The issue you are facing is due to a known issue and confirmed technical issue on eBay and we have coordinated with our Technical Team, they have informed us that they are currently resolving this in high priority and it will be resolved soon.
However, your report will really help us as we have heard about similar issues recently from other sellers and we are sending as many samples as possible at the earliest for our technical team’s review to get to the root cause of the issue and rest assured, it will be resolved soon."

I've just been listing items & noticed there is a VAT box to fill in if you need to.
As my VAT is included I left it empty, but I did think why is that there.
Check an ' Edit ' page of one of your Adverts to see if the VAT Section is empty.

Hi Marco,
I'm having the same issue, could you add me to this ticket as well please.
It seems to be happening to several items that have been listed for during the last week. A few examples below:
eBay item number:145961942702 - listed as £9.99 but showing as £11.99
eBay item number:145960078499 - listed as 10.95 but showing as £13.14
eBay item number:145944990824 - listed as £365 but showing as £438
I have listed one item today and that appears to be correct. Didn't see a VAT option.
My other question is where is the VAT button? I've searched and can't find it! I'm listed as UK based and checked all my details are correct. Would appreciate an update at your earliest opportunity.
Many thanks, Yvonne (bluepoppy-2013)

Hi Marco,
Many of my listings are affected by this bug. For example, this item is listed for £29 - but appears as £34.80
When you got through checkout, the item reverts to £29
