Make offer is not working

When I tried to make an offer on an item after entering in the offer and clicking review I got a "the page you are looking for doesn't exist." Please sort it out.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue. Make sure you are signed in to the correct eBay account.

Try making an offer using the eBay app.

I have the same issue on my iphone 5se🤦🏼..this needs reporting. I can’t use the app because it does not support ios15.

If you still haven't succeeded in getting the offer to go through by the time you read this response, add the item in question to your Watch List if you haven't already done so, then log off of eBay UK and log onto one of their overseas websites.  Whenever I've had to log off of eBay UK and log onto an overseas website in order to bypass eBay UK site glitches I've found that by logging off of the UK site and logging onto www.ebay.com, which is the USA version of the site, I've been able to get around the problem and the offer has gone through successsfully.

There is a current technical issue with sending / receiving offers,  eBay we are told are aware and working on it, though no date of a fix has been announced.

What you can do,  is to send the seller a message informing them of the offer you wish to make,  if it's acceptable could they please change their item into a Buy it Now priced item with the ' offer ' price,  so you can buy , and pay straight away from the BIN option.

Hi,

Thanks ever so much for the update. I actually thought it was my phone playing up. They must be fixing it because it is working on some items but not all. Obviously i can’t use the app as my phone isn’t updated so it’s a little frustrating but aslong as ebay are aware of it and acknowledged it then that’s great.
