App not working

Your App is not working on my Galaxy Note 8, reading through the other comments I can now see why. What a ridiculous thing to do ebay! I used to use ebay all the time whilst out and about, now I have lost that ability. You haven't thought this through very well.

If it's not broke, don't try fixing it comes to mind.

You are  not speaking to anyone from eBay here but a Community Manager has announced this:

The latest eBay app version is no longer compatible with android 9 and below. It actually requires OS android 10 and above. If you have another device with android 10 and above you can check the most recently updated eBay app version and see if you can view images.

If you are using OS android 10 and above and still have issues with viewing images on the app please let me know. State what version you use and type of device and I'll have it looked into further by tech.

Hi @2000alh ,

To add to the advice already given. As part of our latest update, versions 6.191 and older of the eBay app are no longer supported by devices not using iOS 17 and Android 10. Earlier operating systems date back several years and are now no longer able to support the latest eBay experience.

If you’re unable to update because your phone is not using iOS 17 and Android 10, you can still continue to use eBay via ebay.co.uk on your mobile or desktop browser.  Please see more details here.

Hi with the app I use to get the 14 min watch warning by email but can't get to work on the web

You won't I imagine as that would have been an inapp notification whereas you can't get those in an internet browser (yet)
