Hi I sold an item three days ago and the buyer has neither paid nor responded to requests for payment.  My problem is that, shortly after that auction ended, he logged multiple bids on other listings of mine.  In these circumstances, I have no wish to sell to this individual.  However, as I understand it, eBay will charge me a fee if I cancel the bids the buyer made after the first auction ended. I appreciate that the buyer may have decided to await the outcome of the remaining auctions (most of which end just under a week after his winning bid) but, even if that is the case, the absence of any communication from him makes me reluctant to complete any further transactions, assuming, of course, he wins any of the items and pays for them. Hi there,   A buyer has opened a case against me asking for a refund stating that the order has not arrived yet. However, due to the current global situation and that the UK has recently had a bank holiday I'm suprised that the order has not yet arrived. I posted the item second class on the 18/05/2020.   I've tried explaining this to the customer and I've provided a postal reference number, but it seems like they are not interested. Hi,   I'm new to selling on eBay and I'm selling my vehicle.   I've had a request from somebody who doesn't want to view the vehicle due to them working overseas and haven't got the time, and they're going to get a courier company to pick the car up. Alarm bells are ringing as they want to have my Paypal address to make the payment, and also that they're not based in the UK.   Does this sound legit? My husband is a coin collector and buys lots of 'em off ebay!  He also gets me to sell on (on ebay) his 'upgraded' and unwanted coins for him.   (By 'coins', by the way ,I DON'T mean actually current spendable stuff ; I mean old bun-pennies etc....)   One of his coin collecting buddies has told him that ebay are going to ban the sale of coins, paper-money, bullion and a whole load of other stuff (like cars!?) next year.   Is this true or likely to happen? An ebayer bid and won an item of mine. No payment was made and after refunding my fees the item was relisted ny ebay. However, when I tried to leave feedback to warn other sellers I was told that 'You have waited too long to leave feedback', but it had only been  9 days. Is there some sort of a ban on leaving bad feedback on rouge buyers or what? The same happened to me a couple of months ago although I just put it down to one of those things. If I am right in assuming sellers cannot leave negative feedback, how are we supposed to know whether a buyer is a waste of time (and money) or genuine? Anyone know the answer? ... View more

Hi-- I sold a tray-- it took buyer 5 days to pay but I packed and labelled parcel awaiting payment. I posted once payment received. I have now received a not recievied notice. I  have provided the postage tracking number and the noticed the postcode  and name I sent it too--- is now different to the one now on the system. (Hi, I hope I selected the right board for this question? Not yet familiar with these categories).   From what I've found on final fees I've calculated this, and wonder if this is totally inclusive  - no VAT or other tax that will be added to that later?   Eg (Domestic auction, individual seller, book, CD...):   £21 + £4 P&P = £25 total amount --->  eBay final fee 10% inc. vat = £2.50 + paypal 2.90% + fixed fee: £0.30 = £1.03 Total FINAL fees ebay + Paypal = £3.53   Many thanks for confirming, or pointing to something I missed.     ...
