I've got a campervan for sale on eBay as an auction for 10 days. However, we need it until August 2020 and I have put in the advert that the campervan will be available from August 1st 2020. Customer made an offer - This was immediately aoutomatically accepted, though I had not placed ANY sum in the auto box when I set the advert up. As it happens I am happy with price, bt it seems the auto box function on eBay is faulty. Anyone had similar experience or can explain what I may have inadvertantly done on setting up my advert? ... Hello   I have an item thats due to finish in less than 8 hours but it isnt displaing on ebay search. I'm selling an iphone 7 and when I type in iphone 7, and select ending soonest, it doesn't show up in the order it should be.   I've tried on my partners account also.   What should I do, I can't get hold of Ebay and my item is currently selling at £32 which is about £100 less than everything else in the same category.   Thanks K ... Hi there. I recently listed an item in error based on a promotion which I realised I hadn't signed up to via the correct link on the ebay site. I also included a reserve price on this listing in error. I recognised this almost immediately and took the listing down before any one bid on the item or even looked at it. I've now been invoiced by ebay for the listing and the reserve. Is there a way of getting a refund for this? I'm essentially being charged £15 for an admin error which seems incredibly harsh. I sold an item to a customer. I contacted them to confirm the item would be posted that day if they sent payment (they haven't paid even after nearly two weeks)   I asked the customer if they still wanted the item and I received a snotty message saying they only ordered one item which they expected was actually in the post and for me to take it up with eBay. I explained that the order was only for one item.  I got nowhere with the customer and filed a non payment case with eBay.  I have 100% feedback and I'm worried that if I cancel the order the customer could leave me negative feedback. I've just sold an item on eBay, eBay acknowledge the item has been paid for, PayPal sent an email saying money paid into my account, have checked PayPal account & can confirm money paid in. Now I receive an email from eBay saying suspicious buyer for this item & they have removed it! In fact they say they had to cancel bids? But it was not up for auction! Straight sale. Hi all   Been selling one bay for 12+ odd years only have a handfull or return requests and they go smooth.   To cut long story short, a buyer bough PC graphics card, was working fine at time of dispatch, (20th April 2020) the guy opend a return request on 24th April 2020 sating it did not work and had a couple of pictures to support this (however I could not tell if it was my graphics card) gave him benefit of the doubt as electronics can fail and took the return as I tought ok i'll get it back test / confirm and resell if all good.   Its the 1st June 2020 still no item back, in the return request status its shwoing the item as "not sent / not diapatched" I use the ebay labels too so all he needs to to is print one off and off it goes.   I notice at point of return request ebay gave him extra time to return due to Covid-19 but the extended return time date ebay said it must be returned by has expired 3 days ago. (27th May)   Its been 5 weeks, money in paypal still on hold, all £300 of it   I've messaged the buyer and said 3 times now send it back using label provided, no reply.   Whats next?   Do I need to contact ebay, or is there a specific time out period or do I just wait, if wait how long?   Thanks.     ... Payouts consistently available within two business days of an order confirmation, and deposited to your bank account weekly, or daily as soon as funds are available. You can use any bank account you choose.   Why are e-bay going to withold my money after i have sold something?  With PayPal it was available immediately.   I can't send the item out if i haven't received the money!     PayPal works well for me.  I can see all the payments in one place and it's kept separate from my other sales.   It would seem that they have found another way to make more money from a sale....and without handing it over when received.   Any advice on how i can still use PayPal for my e-bay sales please? A buyer in Belgium has sent a message to say she has only just received today (30th May) an item that she bought on 15th March 2020 and it is smashed to pieces.  She is going to send pictures (not received as yet).  She is asking what she can do as she is fairly new to eBay (been a member since February 2020).   I had not received any communication from her since the sale.  Nothing to say she had not received the item.  It was sent through eBay's global shipping and I am sure the item was delivered as I do not leave feedback until the tracking shows that delivery has been made.  I am unable to see the sale in my sold items so I cannot check the tracking now.   Has too much time elapsed for her to open a case in the resolution centre?       ...
