Buyer has received item but tracking stuck so money still on hold. What do I do?

buyer has recieved item, but the tracking is stuck at depot. The item has definetly arrived, but until the tracking updates I cannot get my money as its on hold. What do I do?

Ask the buyer to leave feedback to prove they have received it, then contact Paypal and ask for release
