Posting to Italy

Having just looked at the restrictions Italy has on receiving postal items, apart from blocking Italy entirely does anyone know what can be posted that is not restricted, or isn't there anything.

Even without any restrictions Italian Postal Services are not good. It is the only Country in Europe that I do not post to.
