how can I get a negative feedback removed from my score but eBay show it is too late as the sale is

how can I get a negative feedback removed from my score as eBay show it is too late as the sale is more than 30 days old, the problen is the buyer did not give the negative feedback until after the 30 days can I appeal this decision?

why have all my unsold list been removed

I have just gone to relist 45 items that should be in my unsold list but it is empty is there a way to recover them?
