Hi, If I list items under the £1 max promo, and also put 'best offer' opions on the listing, will I still only pay the £1 if I accept an offer ??

Yes.  You only don't get the promo fee if you end an auction early.

Does anyone know if the £1 maximum selling fee includes fees normally charged on postage
