Customers unable to pay through Pay Pal

item are showing as sold but Payment awaiting, i tried to contact customers they are saying it is showing as pending. any way to come out of this trouble.

you need to check what email address you used when creating the listings, click sell similar and scroll to the payment section

then log into your paypal account.

You may have to claim the payment

or confirm your email address.

If the payment isn't showing in paypal and the email address that was used for ebay is different to the one you use for paypal you will need to add the ebay email address to your 'profile' in paypal.

Never post the item until you see the payment in your paypal account.
