I am trying to reset my Buyer Requirements and the form does not activate the "Submit" button. Any suggestions?

Hello, As most are aware, eBay has rolled out their own extremely competitive and envious payment system where instead of payment for an item you've sold going to Paypal, they take a million years to process your payment (and at the same time expect you to send the item out in good time). I think from this sentence alone you can see how fond I am of this change. I made the huge mistake of switching to the new system because the notification was there to link my bank account, and I didn't entirely understand what was going on until I read about it after. Until eBay force me to link my bank account, if possible I would like to go back to Paypal. I ask this because it took me 10 minutes just to figure out how to even see a payment for one item as it didn't go via Paypal. Can anyone let me know if there's a way to revert to Paypal until I'm forced to link my bank account, or once you link it that's it? Thanks

I am a business seller. Before I signed up to managed payments, PayPal used to send an email confirming payment. I used to copy the address and then paste it onto a label then post - simple!!! With managed payments, I now have to go to "print postage label", edit the address (as there is an eBay reference within the address) then copy the address to the clipboard and then paste it onto the label - this is for UK postage. For non-UK if I click on "print posage label" and I don't know that the buyer is not UK based, I get transferred to a log-in page for Packlink which I do not want. I then have to go to "order details" and copy to clipboard & paste the address from that. Is there any way I can easily find who has paid and simply cut & paste the address like I used to be able to do? Alternatively, is it possible to opt out of managed payments? this case was closed in my fafer then ebay changed there mind i sent parcels with tracking details and yodel delivered on wed. 6th jan. at 2.49. its plan to see DELIVERED 6TH JAN. 2.49 PM.

Hi can anyone help I didn’t accept an offer from a buyer, but now wish to contact them to say they can have it. Does anyone know if I can get in contact with them and how. Such a shame and a flaw in Ebay if you cannot contact them though Ebay. Thank you to anyone in advance

When a purchaser has paid seperately on two lots? How do I go about refunding some of the P&P costs, as I was able to combine both lots to one shipment. I know about sending them an invoice after individuals have been successful on the lots they where after, they just hold off paying until invoice is received. However, the purchaser has paid and I am just stuck on what to do? Can anyone advise? Thank you.

THE SELLER PROTECTION SCAM AND FRAUD BUYER I am sure all seller are fully aware that eBay has no such a thing called seller protection even so they claim it does exist, anyway my reason for written this question or blog is to create awareness and share with other seller the user name of fraud buyer. This fraud buyer purchase a £1150 9ct solid gold Rolex Tudor watch from myself and a few days later claim the watch isn't working which obviously not true as the watch was in perfect condition and never has any issue, even I have accepted return and when the watch return it was in full working order but with several damage around the case and on the strap, a contact was made with eBay along with pictures of the damage caused to my rolex watch but with no action from eBay what so ever, a further point to mention is a direct email received from the buyer to my email address, where did the buyer get this email? obviously from eBay as no any other way to get seller email address as far I am aware, however the email with insulting message and claim the watch was over priced and that's why they return it, even if this is the case why they damaged the watch ? on one of ebay reply to my appeal, eBay claim I had 3023 feedback and had 44 return and called me Ian, obviously non of this information is true and I never has any previous issue wiith any buyer at all, the only explanation I have they may get mixed up with the buyer other seller account which means the fake buyer is in fact a seller and has another account in which they used to damage other seller reputation and items. I hope this information may help other seller to avoid the scam buyer who are supported by eBay fraud money back guarantee and the fake eBay seller protection policy which obviously does not exist FOLLOW UP AND RESPOND TO COMMENT I have created this post with one intention which creating a list if possible of such a fake buyers, if my post break eBay rules then eBay should never break it's own rules and share my email address with the buyer and should also remove they own fake seller protection policy as they never follow, I have no intention to keep selling on eBay and have removed all my listing already. good luck for other seller and be safe.

ebay wont let me change listing on overalls should be priced £10.00. and its come up with one millon not much chance of seeling at that price and trying to get it sorted is impossible as i dont use the phone,

So, has anyone had any experience of getting anywhere with Hermes with a claim where they have lost perfume, then later claimed it was prohibited? Ie how can it be both lost and prohibited? Surely the fact that it has been lost is their fault? I sold it at the beginning of December and refunded the buyer when it was clear that it was lost. Interestingly, the tracking for the item states that it is still in transit. I also paid insurance for it. Has anyone had any success with getting Hermes to pay up in this situation? Thanks if you could let me know!

can anyone tell me where i am going wrong? when i sell an item i click on print postage label and invoices,ebay creates an invoice for me which is great. I am VAT registered so i need to display VAT separately, i select that option but then the invoice is generated stating 0% vat. I have input my VAT number in to my business account details and also listed VAT on all my listings as 20%. Why does the invoice not list 20% VAT? thanks

I prefer not to use offers in my listings. However, if an unsold item is automatically relisted then eBay automatically applies best offer to the new listing. How can I ensure that this does not happen? Any advice/thoughts welcome. Thanks.

So yesterday, I made my account a managed payments account, so i go through ebay and not paypal. When i did that and put my bank details to withdraw my funds, i got an email from ebay about a direct debit, and i wasnt sure why they would need one. I have money processing from a sale, so it might be that but im not sure. I dont want ebay taking money from my account without my knowledge. Anyone have any ideas?
