Hello. I just opened a shop and have a lot of existing listings. I can't find any way of bulk editing to add existing listings to shop categories. Do I really have to open each existing listing one by one to add them? Thanks ... View more

I sent a parcel recently and buyer only received empty jiffy bag. No contents! Buyer has since claimed from ebay so they're happy. However, I'm out of pocket. I have no evidence of value of item other than the selling price which happily isn't that much, but it's the principle of the issue. I completed a claim form from Royal Mail who have just sent me  some 1st class stamps to the value of £4.00. I was actually claiming £20 (limit of 2nd class postage claim). I'm very disappointed. Ebay seem to allow FAKE Bose Mini Soundlinks to be sold on their platform despite continous reports they are a FAKE COUNTERFEIT Item. The Bose Soundlink Mini has a metal casing and does NOT have a stitching effect round the top as verified by Bose themselves but despite this Ebay still allows them to be passed off as genuine items.  ... My son sold his car on eBay my site for £2500 - it says on my site the the buyer has already paid for it but he has not paid for it yet - he said to my son he would come and collect it but wanted it for £2200 which my son was happy with.  My problem is that eBay will be charging me for a sale of £2500 which I have not received yet - can you help. ... Theres a payment hold on an item i sold at first when i checked the payment hold i was told since i added tracking info my money would be released 24 hours after the buyer received the package but now that the package has been delivered when i check the payment hold i get a msg saying that the zip code in the tracking information isnt the same zip code for the buyer although i used the same zip code thats on the printing slip i printed directly from ebay and my payment wont released until they can prove the buyer received the package. suggestions please ... I sold a dress on Ebay, and the labels in the dress clearly stated it was a size 14 petite, so thats what i sold the dress as. The buyer is now requesting a refund as its 'not a 14' and 'its more like a size 10' but the labels said it was a 14 petitie so i had no idea, what should i do about this and am i oblidged to give a refund even though the item was described as it is!   thank you  ... This fee has just appeared since 10/07/20 I have spoken to 3 different representatives with conflicting information basically I have 6 returns requests for NADS over the last 12 mths. 1 I won on appeal, 1 customer support closed whilst on telephone stating no case to answer. 1 the buyer never returned the item. 1 message saying NADS I responded asking in which way received no response & no other communication. The other 2 I accepted the returns re listed, sold without complaint & received good reviews. First I was told it was implemented because of NADS when I explained the circumstances as above it changed to well it’s actually based on return requests and you are only 1 above others I explained 3 of the items were never returned so I should be under others in that case . I was then told Items do not have to be returned it’s just the fact a return was initiated. I asked even if its in bad faith so I as a seller are to be responsible no matter what. I’ve also received a email from eBay explaining why these extra fees are implemented which states within it “ this fee does not apply to above standard sellers & eBay top rated sellers “ I’ve again phoned today as I am categorised as above standard to be told well it doesn’t mean that when I’ve asked well what does it mean I’m told I’ll have to look into it I’ll call you back also eBays policy states “ if you are rated very high in a category but you had fewer than 10 items not as described return requests from unique buyers or your item not as described is under 1% in a specific category during the evaluation period you will not be subject to consequences “ I’ve also questioned this today and been told they will phone me back . Within 30mins of that conversation I have received a feedback on how my concern has been dealt with. Well it hasn’t as no call back. I would be grateful if any person could shed some light as it would seem I’m being charged this extra 4% fee with no foundation whatsoever & the representatives are disputing the content of their own literature & eBay policy . ... Hi there   I recently offered a listing for CE certified approved facemasks, mainly in order for shoppers to enter stores UK wide, only to have ebay remove the listing.   I've read a few threads on this and wanted to point a few things out.   I am a registered seller on ebay for 20 years. I have a business/shop account. I have been running my own physical LTD company for 20 years   When so called 'authorised' sellers are listing 30p imported chinese masks at £8.99 why I am getting told I am price gouging listing at £3.50, which after import costs and taxed is not a huge margin. Apart from being incorrect, it seems a little unfair.   Now comes the point where I get jumped on and told that these 'authorised' sellers were selling masks pre-covid? Absolute 100% unadulterated Bull**t. Have any of you even bothered to look at the store names? Are you telling me ukfonez   phonescreenz and the hundreds of similar sellers were PPE pre covid? The whole system is BS. It is not set up to help the buyers, or anyone else. If a company as huge as ebay with such unlimited resources cannot differentiate between honest sellers and blaggers then how is it benefitting the customers. ... View more

I have received a message from eBay - Your listing was removed: Counterfeit item policy,  "We had to remove your listing because it didn’t follow our Counterfeit item policy. We don’t allow counterfeit items, replicas, or unauthorised copies". It doesn't refer to an item No. How can I contact eBay to resolve this when their 'call-back' system isn't operating/available?
