how do I get on the authorised supplier list for PPE

Hi, our core business is PPE, cleaning products, hand hygiene and covid products. I have tried to post masks on my shop but ebay won't let me. I spoke to customer services and they say I have to be on the authorised seller list but I can't find anyway of contacting the. Has anyone got contact details they can share please.

I am sure that ebay has enough Authorised Sellers. Those on the list would have been selling similar products on ebay prior to the Pandemic.

It could be that your feedback shows you have not received or left feedback as a seller for over 12 months. Which as far as eBay are concerned shows you are not a regular seller of ppe on eBay under this account
