Why do Ebay allow FAKE Bose Mini Soundlink Minis to be sold on their platform ?

Ebay seem to allow FAKE Bose Mini Soundlinks to be sold on their platform despite continous reports they are a FAKE COUNTERFEIT Item. The Bose Soundlink Mini has a metal casing and does NOT have a stitching effect round the top as verified by Bose themselves but despite this Ebay still allows them to be passed off as genuine items.

Ebay don't 'allow' any fakes to be sold on their site. But Ebay can't take your word for it that they're fakes. You could be anyone - a competitor trying to bring the seller down, or simply a vindictive buyer. Report to Bose. And if the seller is a UK business, report to Trading Standards too.

Bose have confirmed to me in writing they are 100% FAKE , they do NOT make a Bose Soundlink with a stitching pattern on the top , the Soundlink casing is metal .. Happy to post their response to my questioning the poor quality of the one my daughter got duped into buying. The fact is they are fake and buyers are being duped !!
