Although I haven't sold on eBay for a while now, to the best of my knowledge there is currently no function on eBay that would allow a seller to make changes to his/her listings and click on an "Apply To All Listings" button in the same way that you can if you were to choose to block certain countries from being able to bid on your listings. It would be useful if eBay were to introduce such an option for sellers to use when editing their listings, but then again when it comes to making site improvements that would be widely welcomed by the majority of users that option would be far too sensible for eBay's liking, so there is no chance whatsoever that eBay will actually implement it!
