I have received a message from eBay - Your listing was removed: Counterfeit item policy,
"We had to remove your listing because it didn’t follow our Counterfeit item policy. We don’t allow counterfeit items, replicas, or unauthorised copies". It doesn't refer to an item No.
How can I contact eBay to resolve this when their 'call-back' system isn't operating/available?
I have no items listed that would infringe any copyright/counterfeit rules.
Just had a call back from eBay. There is no problem - apparently a message sent in error. HaHa
Live chat still seems to be available. Do you not know what item was removed?
