A buyer put in a not received claim yesterday and I refunded him. Today they have received and signed for the item and it is shown via the Royal Mail app.  I posted the item Tuesday morning 16/02/21 at 10.08am at my local post office, paying for 1st class recorded large letter delivery via eBay.  I have now lost out on £20.50, what should I do.  Please can someone help me, many thanks.    Gavin    ... Hi, I recently sold an item on ebay which was recieved by the buyer who then without any exlanation left a short negative feedback stating simply 'not nice' there was no communication from the buyer to indicate a problem. I sent the buyer a message to ask what the prolem was and she replied simply the item was used and worn, I stated that the item was advertised as worn but offered the buyer a full refund and for her to return the item to which she replied 'no its ok'.   On checking her feedback left for others I can she has recently left another seller negative feedback stating 'v bed'. Both m yself and this other seller had 100% positive feedback until this buyer left negative. I contacted ebay to say I beleived that this was malicious and unfair as I even offered a full refund although the item was as a described. Ebay responded that the negative feedback was within their policies and that it can't be changed. I find this totally unfair as on this basis anyone can leave negative feedback for no reason other than to be malicious and ebay won't intervene. Can anyone please help or advise. ... View more

Buyer says item hasn't arrived, but the tracking says otherwise. What do I do?  Do I have to refund the amount?  According to the Royal Mail website I have to wait 10 working days before I can report the item missing via their online form - I have all the necessary details (proof of postage etc) - so I don't know if Royal Mail will compensate me for the loss at the moment.  The buyer is putting a lot of pressure on me to refund immediately. ... Does anyone (business sellers) know if there are any reports you can download on ebay that show an accurate net sales figure, net of returns, including VAT?  I am UK based.   Currently I use Linnworks as a multi channel listing tool but the figures never quite tally.  If I can get a report from the various sites, I think they would be a better starting point.   I can't believe I'm the only one with this issue.   Thank you..... ... I have sold a fire bin which because of its size was for collection only.  The buyer paid almost immediately but has not responded to any of my messages about collection. What should I do ?
