Despite a UK location address, note that your account is Registered in Germany =

Even with items listed as located (point of sale) within the UK,  if the buyer or seller is Registered or Based anywhere outside the UK, (so not a UK <> UK sale), an additional 20% import fee/VAT  is applied ...

Consider transferring the registration from Germany to the UK site by contacting Customer Services and asking that the change is made whilst you are on the Phone/Live chat.

Check  Feedback profile for Seller Based Location.  also check the Site of Registration   (they can often be very different) by using their >> 'View Listings/Items for sale' < links and scroll to > 'Seller information' < field in Left Hand Column = Country of Seller Registration.

DO you mean an item that had been cancelled or not paid for

If it was cancelled and done correctly then the refund of those fees would be in your ebay account

Under Accounts Summary then credits.

If it was not paid you open a non payment dispute in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page

you escalate it after a  full 4 days
