I have blocked some sellers, but they are buying and emailing me

Help how can I stop blocked buyers contacting me ? I have blocked them correctly

Once an ebayer has been blocked, they can't buy from you.  So double-check that you have actually blocked them, as per block instructions.

Tick "Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me" at the bottom of this:

But that only works if they have not recently been in a transaction with you.
