Hi,    My buyer with zero feedback did not pay or reply to me. I then camclled their order abd if the likited options chose "at buyers request", I now relaise that I should have gone the "unpaid" route but now I cannot do that as there is no way to undo the cancellation.   I would like to contact ebaycuatomer services o rectify the issue. Is there anyway to contact them?    My fear is that the fraudulent buyer will claim they paid and ebay will automatically refund them under the payment guarantee and then chase me for the money.   The reasin for my suspicious is that it happened to me before many years ago when a buyer provided the wrong address to a large office block. The item was lost and even though it was signed for  on receipt and royal mail provided the signature as evidence, ebay still went ahead and refunded the buyer and chased me for the money.            ... Hi, im a new ebayer and recently sold an item, I sent the packaged signed for via Royal Mail and the buyer has since claimed it was 'Partly open' and one of the 3 items was missing, my description does say artwork of the products does vary and they are claiming the most sought after artwork is missing, these items were packaged well and I dont see how any or even 1 would be able to come out due the way it was packaged, I dont want to receive and bad feedback but I feel this is a fraudulent claim could anyone advise.    Thanks ... eBay are insisting I register for VAT. I am massively below the registration threshold for turnover and according to the HMRC webpages (which the eBay notification refers me to) I do not meet any of the registration criteria. I have discussed on the phone with eBay and was given - repeatedly- entirely incorrect information about VAT registration requirements and some imaginary thing called an 'exemption certificate'. I have been VAT registered in the past and this only applies to specific exempt transactions IF you are already VAT registered. They refused to accept that they were wrong or that according to HMRC there is no requirement for me to be registered. They have said that I must provide a statement in writing from HMRC to say that I do not need to register. I have asked for this from HMRC and, unsurprisingly, they have not replied. Do I have any other way to get eBay to drop this totally unnecessary requirement?   ... View more
