My selling total is incorrect as it seems to include an item that a buyer did not pay for which I have now relisted. How can I get that amended?
Also how can I stop an item being automatically relisted if it isn't selling?Having difficulty with this
Thanks
Your first part does not need adjusting, it is simply a running total of sales in the last 60 days, it has no use as far as I can see as it can change every day.
What you do need to do is when you are not paid, unless you complete an unpaid case you still pay the 10% selling fee. If you have not done this and are within 32 days of sale date then open an unpaid case and close after 4 days. It is unwise to relist until you have completed an Unpaid case, as the buyer can still pay and what do you do if you have sold again?
For Unpaid Case look in Resolution Centre or MORE ACTIONS.
To stop automatic relisting you need to use the Advanced Listing Form or Seller Hub. That puts you in control and you can avoid ticking the Relist Box. the quick listing form, ebay thinks that you need them to make decisions. Of course even when relisted so long as no bids you can end at anytime and delete from your Unsold items.
