Hello Folks. Is any one else having problems with no selling links showing up in the left hand column of the "My eBay" opening page.  No matter how I tried I could not get to my listed items, sold items or unsold items.  I contacted eBay and a very kind eBay representive give me a way of accessing them but it's a long winded affair that you have to keep repeating all the time. I sold an item and dispatched it on the 27th of November with Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.   The buyer contacted me last Saturday the 5th of December to ask why the item hadn't arrived. I explained it was probably just Covid/Xmas slowing deliveries down and that Royal Mail said to allow 10 working days. He agreed to come back to me tomorrow, Friday the 11th of December if it had still not turned up.   The tracking is still showing no delivery attempts and I've phoned Royal Mail who were no help at all, simply told me to issue a claim.   What should I say to him tomorrow? I was assuming that if he's not prepared to wait any longer I have to ask him to open a case so as to issue a refund and then ask that he returns the item or contacts me if it does show up later in the month? ... A buyer bought an item and requested a refund as it was damaged. I agreed to the return which arrived today. Upon inspecting it I can tell that it is definitely not the same one that I sent to him. The returned one had a second stick on barcode label which if compared to the photographs that I personally took of my item shows clearly only one label,  printed on by the manufacturer. It was returned in the box that i originally sent it in, yet the box does not show any signs of damage that would have have to have happened to cause  the damage to  the contents as per return. I have reported the buyer to ebay.   As i said new to selling, first time anything like this has happened. Can I refuse to refund the money and basically call him a liar and a fraud? This is clearly not right, but, why aren't ebay doing anything about it?? I don't see how people that have bought out a large number of PS5s for the sole purpose of taking advantage of desperate people by charging way over the odds for them can be allowed to happen. It is deplorable and criminal. How can it in anyway be considered fair. Ebay should be blocking and removing these scummy practices from their platform. The photos and plea notes are beyond ridiculous, equally, they should not even get past the preview stage. Hi Everyone   So, Hermes have damaged my trainers that i have sent to a buyer.    The trainers are being sent back to me and Hermes said that they can compensate £30 even thought I sold them for £200    Are they correct by saying they can only give me £30 evenn thought i sold them for £200?    Also, When can I give the buyer its refund? re.£1 listings, i have always been able to see my listing numbers  in the offer history at the bottom of a selling page,  it is now saying that it,s a hidden counter, can i change this to show the item numbers so i can print them to keep a check on sales of low fee offers. ... View more
