How do I stop my ebay messages going into Junk?

Email from ebay are going straight in to junk mail, is there a way to stop this?

Easily done, when message comes into your email, right click & mark as "safe sender"

Sorry no option for safe sender, it’s on apple.

There must be an option on email program to mark as NON spam,
try googling it.
