Hello, I am looking for a simple third party messaging system. As eBay messaging system is horrible I would like to try something more friendly and saving time to use. Perfect if all messages - enquires and answers from a customer are visible in chronological order and the order number, item, SKU date of message are visible. Any suggestion? Thanks

I forgot to remove my listings off Ebay before the lockdown and a Buyer purchased an item from me and paid via PayPal. I messaged the Buyer back immediately, saying that the listing was on there in error and he would get a full refund. I cancelled the order (however no contact from Buyer yet and no cancellation from their end). I tried to refund the buyer in full on PayPal however I didn't have enough funds so had to transfer some money from my bank account into my PayPal which took a few days (I know, ridiculous!). I was then able to refund the Buyer in full via PayPal. The funds have gone from my PayPal account (confirmed) however I got a message from Ebay saying the Refund failed: "You approved a refund request, but there was a problem issuing a refund from your payment account to the buyer. Please contact your payment provider so they can help resolve the problem quickly." I checked with PayPal and it confirms in my account balance that the money has been refunded. No way of contacting Ebay or PayPal during this lockdown which is a nightmare! The Buyer then contacted me saying they got the same message however they did not cancel the order? I messaged them back to confirm order was cancelled and i refunded them via PayPal and I would be grateful if they can check if they have received the funds back, no reply as yet. I am unsure what to do next!

A buyer has not paid for an item. They successfully won the bid on the item on Sunday but have not paid and have ignored my requests for payment. What should I do? Can I relist? How long do I have to wait? Won't e bay take their commission on it? Thanks

When someone places a bid on your item then asks you to post outside the EU, how do you cancel the bid, or do they have to cancel it themselves

Hi I posted a parcel to Argos on the 13th may a week later, they contacted me to say as she was pregnant she couldn’t collect, I asked if some one else could on her behalf as she still wanted the item. She wanted me to send to her home address once I’ve revived it back. Problem is the store it was sent to is now closed, they sent her an email on the 27th stating her parcel would be returned to sender(my printed label clearly states my address) but the email had no order number on it. She seems happy to wait and the moment, I’ve had no confirmation the parcel is on its way back or received it back. And just tried ringing eBay but the phone lines are closed , what should I do, thanks Julie

Hi Community members, why as ebay stop shipping to certain countries like New Zealand during this epidemic,was told this was because of the epidemic, my buyer can see my items just cant but them!! Michael

I have just been asked by a buyer to cancel his bid 20 mins before the end of the auction Says he can't afford the item . He had placed an automatic bid was placed 6 days ago . What is your veiws on this ?

its not showing as sold but has gone into the unsold list. when i click on it, it says your item sold but then says you can relist.. never had this before. iv'e tried refreshing incase it's just a gliche, makes no difference.. I know one of you clever people will know what to do.. Thanks in advance and stay safe.. just righted itself.. problem solved, dont know what happened. Thanks everyone anyway..
