Hi I posted a parcel to Argos on the 13th may a week later, they contacted me to say as she was pregnant she couldn’t collect, I asked if some one else could on her behalf as she still wanted the item. She wanted me to send to her home address once I’ve revived it back. Problem is the store it was sent to is now closed, they sent her an email on the 27th stating her parcel would be returned to sender(my printed label clearly states my address) but the email had no order number on it. She seems happy to wait and the moment, I’ve had no confirmation the parcel is on its way back or received it back. And just tried ringing eBay but the phone lines are closed , what should I do, thanks Julie
