I have just been asked by a buyer to cancel his bid 20 mins before the
end of the auction Says he can't afford the item . He had placed an
automatic bid was placed 6 days ago . What is your veiws on this ?
Buyer has bought and paid in full inc, post for 4 items before I could
raise an invoice. All 4 could be packed as 1 item saving on postage .
How can I resolve this ?
But do I lose a point for cancelling ? This happened a while ago ,I
informed a buyer that I found damage on an item and he declined it . I
cancelled the sale and received a transaction defect ! Plus he left feed
back for an item not purchased !
