Hi   I had an item listed for a few hours and i noticed an error in the sizing details in the title. I had one bid item so i couldnt revise the listing.  I have ended the item and reslisted with correct details. Is there any way i can contact the bidder i had to explain? Can anyone advise what ebay account / shop I need and help with fees? I'm finding it all a bit confusing. I am going to be selling a single product initially, possible ranging to 5-10 products. I had a buyer make an offer on a single listed item. What I missed in the message section of the " This is for two pairs"    I didn't even see the message note as the listing was for 1 item.   I accepted the offer thinking it was only for the listed item  and sent it out.    When the parcel arrived the buyer insisted it was for two items even though the listing was for one !!   Yes I should have doubled checked the offer but sellers beware of this as the buyer insists I send the second pair and will report me to Ebay if I don't.   I'm going to honour it but I feel as if I've been fleeced. It's not the money but the principle of how a buyer can make an offer for an item but sneakily put in the message section , this is for two , maybe three or four !!!    Anyone else had this before ? Buyer collected an expensive item and has left + feedback. It's a synth keyboard, quite heavy and large. Now they claim defect and have opened a return request. I was very strict about collection only as if any issues did arise, a return would be easy. They want to post the item and made no contact about an issue prior. The item was fully tested, I used it regularly before sale, so they've liekyl swapped out parts... i'm not fussed about that. More so actually getting my item back.
