I had a buyer who didn't pay for 9 items over a period of 2 months. I have barred anyone with 2 or more unpaid bids. But this hasn't stopped her. She has now bid using a different account but the same name and address. How come? How do I stop her.

Perhaps she doesn't like it that you are using a personal ebay account for business.
