It's not theft,  but it is pure laziness,  they should have asked for your permission.

If you like ,  message them to remove the photos ,  and o use their own ,  or you will resort to reporting them to eBay CS.

Laziness - yes.

Leave bad feedback - no.

Sellers cannot and have not been able to leave negative feedback for buyers for 12 years.

Is it really that important to you that someone used your photos to sell something on that you sold to them?

For whatever reason they have decided they no longer want the item and have decided to sell it. They nicked your pics instead of taking their own.

Forget about it and move on, far more important things to get annoyed about in this world Smiley Happy

Yes and no.

What should I do if my image or text is being used by another member?

When you create listings you give eBay and it's members permission, through our user agreement, to use your images and product details. Your content may be added to the eBay product catalogue, and may be used by other sellers in their eBay listings.

You may contact the member and ask them to remove your image or text from their listing if it is not part of the eBay product catalogue.

It's theft - intellectual and copyright theft. People cannot use photos you have taken without your express written permission (though many are unaware of this and think they can lift any image they like, just because it's on the internet). So you are completely within your rights to message the buyer and tell them to remove your photos and take their own if you wish.

Have you never worked out that you only leave feedback for people you buy from or sell to?
