Buyer Is now using MY pictures to sell the Item I sold them !

Is this allowed ? 

Theft ?

Pure Laziness ?

Can I leave bad feed back for this ?

It's not theft,  but it is pure laziness,  they should have asked for your permission.

If you like ,  message them to remove the photos ,  and o use their own ,  or you will resort to reporting them to eBay CS.
