Hi I need some help with some items I have sold to the same person. When I first listed them item they were listed for £2.99 each, well in line with what they're worth based on completed items in the exact same condition/ worse condition. They were vinyl figures from popular superhero franchises. I recieved a best offer for £2 for each item which I wasn't happy to take due to them already being competively priced, and early on in the listing (same day as posting), i counter offered with £2.50. A few days later the same member sends me another offer, this time for £1.50, I of course realise its the same person, and again counter offer for £2.50 as now I have a few people watching the items, and have sold other variants for the full £2.99 I asked for. Another week goes buy and I recieve another £1.50 offer from the same user, and counter offer him £2.50 again. As it was his last chance to make an offer, they accept. So that's two items sold at £2.50 each with a combined postage discount. They paid using a PayPal eCheque so I had to wait for the money to clear, today I got a message saying that the payment was not completed, and that it was cancelled. I asked the buyer to please pay again with a different method, or ensure their chosen method was sufficently funded. They then messaged back asking for the order to be cancelled, but my issue is they have already left me neutral feedback before they even recieved the item. How do I go about getting the feedback removed, will this happen automatically if I cancel the order? Futhermore should I just cancel the order or should I open an unpaid item case, from his feedback profile I can see other sellers have gave positive feedback with messages about how the buyer wasted their time or didnt pay but obviously didnt leave negative feedback as ebay makes it so easy to remove as a buyer. I already have a rule that stops buyers with unpaid item strikes on their account being able to view or buy my listings, so i am thinking he's done this a number of times, but somehow nobody has opened an unpaid item case on him. Any advice?
