Hi, I've sold a large item for collection only. Agreed on a date & time to collect and that the buyer is to pay cash once he's satisfied the item is in good working order and as described. The buyer has not turned up to collect. Gone to all the trouble of setting up the item which is a TV and depite several emails to him, he's gone to ground. I want to re-list the item and report the buyer who has wasted my time. Advice please.

What can be done about non-paying bidders? Some previouis negative feedback has been put in the positive box as the 'negative comment box seems unavailable.Some previous comments: BEWARE!!!! NON PAYING BIDDER!!!

I am trying to list an item Aution only but keep getting buy it now is there a way to remove this option. I leave it blank try to add listing and get a buy it now mistake and does not list.

eBay has informed me that they've cancelled bids for an item as the buyer is not registered. A pain as the item finishes in a few hours and the only bidder is offering a good deal less than the 'bad' one. I suppose that's life but how can a potential buyer bid if they are not registered? I had noticed that they had a big fat zero after their name which filled me (correctly) with dread.

I sold an item on eBay 10 days ago. The buyer paid by PayPal. According to eBay, because I was a new seller the payment would be witheld until the item was delivered. Can they do this? The item was delivered about a week ago and my payment has still not been received. I have had extensive correspondence with the buyer, who insists he has paid and his paypal account shows it as 'pending'. In the meantime a non-payment issue was instigated with eBay and subsequently closed. The seller now has an unjustified black mark against his name for non payment (and he has the item). How can I get this black mark removed, because it's an issue between eBay and PayPal? I can't believe how badly eBay has handled this. You can criticise everything and everone online except eBay itself. Can someone out there tell me how to to get my payment? And how to remove the unwarranted black mark against the buyer? Dave Wood

Hello, I accidentally mixed up 2 orders, one buyer contacted me and I arranged for them to keep the incorrect item and will send the correct item. For the other buyer, I am seeking to have the item returned as it is more valuable and have the correct item sent. They have not responded to my message. Do I have to send the correct item regardless of recieving back the incorrect item. I wish to pay for the postage for them to return the item and once I can confirm it is with my courier, I will also dispatch the correct item, next day. Is this the correct way of going about things. It seems the buyer may just keep what I sent them and not say anything, seeing as they got a bargain on lego as a result (oops)

Someone boght an item from me this morning and I asked them to pay through Paypal. However they said they wanted to pay cash on collection. I agreed to this and they said they would collect it at 3.30pm this afternoon. I gave them my address including postcode but they didn't show up. What course of action can I take as I would like to cancel the transaction and re-list. Thank you

Didn't list my items to accept offers so how can eBay just change them when I don't want the listings to show "Best Offer"
