use the drop down menu next to the item and chose 'end'

i`m not suggesting you have, but given your a new seller, it`s worth just pointing it out to you just in case 🙂
if the item is `no longer available` because you`ve done an `off ebay` deal, then you will end up in trouble with ebay, so if you`ve had a buyer show interest and you`ve exchanged contact details through messages, then they`ve collected it, it`s an off ebay deal.
if you`ve removed the listing because you`ve sold it on another site, again, that`s frowned upon.
if you`ve removed the listing because you`ve just changed your mind about selling it, then no issue.
