Hi, My old email address which payments were made into ebay and then ended up in my Paypal account is now deleted. I have updated my Paypal account and my ebay account with the new email address. Only to find that when my items sell the payment is taken on my old email address and it does not reach my Paypal account. When an item is bought and paid for eBay automatically take fees from the transaction so why do we also have a monthly invoice? Since  managed payments have come about my fees have rocketed.On £1500 i pay £300 PLUS a monthly invoice of £100! Hello, when I try to sell, I've received a msg "Call us at 0800-358-6552 and mention security code...", I am in other country and the number is not working from my phone. When I request a call, only 2 options are available - USA and Canada. My phone number is with Bulgarian sim card. A buyer has bid on an item, but now contacted me to ask whether he can retract the bid as he didn't read the full description. The item isn't what he wants. A buyer has left neg feedback accusing me of using a shill bidder. Do I need to go through requesting feedback revision etc before I can get ebay to remove it? Thanks. ... View more

Has anyone else had difficulty getting eBay to remove unfair negative feedback? I sold an item which was new in the box but the box was less than perfect so I sold it as a used item. However, I thoroughly checked the item before listing it.  The buyer raised a refund request stating that the item had loose parts and did not work. I contacted the buyer to find out more information, who was extremely rude and uncooperative.  I kept in constant touch with eBay in regard to this.  I had the item back and surprise, surprise there was absolutely nothing wrong with it.  I raised a complaint against the buyer for misuse of eBay rules.  This buyer added negative feedback on me stating the item did not work and eBay will not remove it.  I have removed all of the items I had for sale and will neither use eBay to sell or buy on again.   ...
