The MyeBay:Sold page listssold items. Alonside each item there is a box marked "view order details" with a dropdown arrow beside it. Usually this lets you access other options such as Mark as Dispatched.
As of 24/9/20 this dropdown just does nothing so I can't mark items as dispatched.
What browser are you using...? If IE, it's no longer compatible with Ebay or any other website. And Chrome's latest update has apparently caused issues too. I use Firefox and am having no problems at all.
If it's not a browser issue, are you using the app...? If so, ditch it for desktop.
If that's not the issue either, try the usual: Log out, clear your History etc, reboot your device, and log back in.
If still no luck, contact Ebay to see if they can shed any light on it. Help & Contact is at top and foot of any page.
Me too. It just started from today. I cannot access the drop down menu that includes "dispatched" from my laptop or tablet. I'm very relieved to read your message that it's not just me. Hope Ebay can get it sorted soon. Thanks for posting this.
