Hi   Sold item the tracking shows out for delivery date/time no further updates, CS advised they are unable to confirm where parcel is.   Buyer opened a case requesting another item be sent. Within minutes of case being opened I put message in the case re a full refund was best and would be issued through the case. In the case I clicked on Refund Buyer - Continue - Refund a message refund successful looked in Paypal refund showed, here we are days later:   In my sold list this item now shows as item to be posted & posting is overdue.   The case shows as Open advising me to resolve by 23rd and that buyer is awaiting item in See Case Details it states that I have issued a full refund to the buyer Then states Case Is Still Open.   Paypal shows refund was issued   Can feel a defect heading my way!! ... I have noticed that on the last 3 items I have sold there is a reference number underneath 1st line of customers address, for example ebay c4rc55y.What is this number for as never had it on any other items in the past. ... View more

Registering for the new Managed Payments system is neither quick or easy, anyway, I decided to bite the bullet and do it.....unfortunately, I selected the wrong option for the type of business we have( selected Registered Company instead of Sole Trader).....and ebay is now sending me emails telling me I need to provide registration information as they are unable to verify our business details but there is no option to start afresh with the registration process or change business details, you can change/update everything else but not the type of business..... Incompetent support from Ebay. No supervisor call back as promised.    1. Layout changed - want to keep classic view. 2. Can no longer load pictures from Apple phone for listing. 'Load from mobile device tab not available'. Choice is load pics from your computer (really time consuming) or from a URL...no idea what that means. But, apple phone on it's own is fine and if it wasn't so small, she could use it for listings.    I can't believe every I phone 5C has this problem? Has anyone got any idea of how to de-register for EBay managed payments?  We've just received our first order using it, and it's an absolute mess. Whereas orders received via PayPal can print a professional looking delivery note with our company name and logo from inside our PayPal account, the managed payments version looks like someone made it in a 1990s word processing program - so we'll have to manually produce delivery notes, which isn't a productive use of anyone's time. There also appears to be no way to print off each transaction including payment fees.  Also, there's the issue of not being able to speak to anyone at EBay. Whereas with PayPal, we can just send a message and get a reasonably quick reply but, with EBay, the live chat is consistently unavailable, emails take 2 days to answer, and trying to speak to anyone on the phone is impossible as I'm partially deaf.  It sounded like a good idea when the system was proposed, but having seen how it works, it's like the Global Shipping program - a great idea, but so poorly implemented as to be too much like hard work to actually use.  ... There has been a significant decrease in impressions and sales after the changes made to the promotions.   from 200k impressions on 14th of september has plummeted to 20k for no reason.   We havent touched or changed anything.   When i asked ebay they said everything is normal, so no help from them.   Anyone else having this kind of problem? ... HI, All, We are one of the UK based registered sellers on eBay. We are selling our products on ebay.co.uk and as well as on ebay.de (Germany) But we shipped the parcels from Uk and also receive the returns in UK. Today our listings that belongs to ebay.de (Germany) were deleted by eBay. We contacted them and the representative confirmed us that eBay did it because they require a permanent address in Germany for list the products on ebay.de (Germany). All this happen after we were successfully registered for eBay managed payments. As we are UK based and we process the parcels from UK so we haven't any address in Germany but the sellers from China and other countries are also working on ebay.co.uk but they are still working. Hello,   I know the owner of a wine shop who has asked me about eBay and being able to begin selling their stock on eBay as well as in-store.   I have read through the policy and informed them that it is wine only and they have confirmed they have the correct licensing.   I would assume that eBay automatically blocks alcohol listing before posted, how can my friend provide the documentation for their account to be allowed to sell their wines.   Should this be done by contacting eBay on the phone, by live chat?   Thank you. ...
