Why do ebay continue to support the console scalps for pre orders, there should be an embargo on it.

As the title suggests, you are selling an item which is not released yet, and most of you put a delivery that is before the release date. You are scalping the community of people wanting a console at launch, and making money because you are **bleep**

For your information, you are not speaking to anybody from eBay here, nor has your e-mail been sent directly to the people allegedly selling this product illegally.  This is just a community forum used by people who use eBay to buy and to sell, and any replies you receive are from eBay members just like yourself, and not from anybody employed by eBay.  eBay do not make any attempt whatsoever to monitor these forums and offer any help with issues raised by site users.

Finally, please refrain from using expletives such as the thinly disguised final word of the last sentence of your post.   There is no need for it.

explain a bit beter stonie , i know people are selling preorders , however its no different than ordering from amazon or any other place , i dont see the sellerss doing anything wrong, do they charge this money straight away, or do they say that your card will be charged on the day of release?

usually in terms of payment its on or a few days before the general release date of the product. So how are they scaping?

I'm not a fan of scalpers either. genuine people who are after these consoles cant get them into next year because people who want to make a quick buck are hoovering them up. these should be removed until after launch!
