Listings on ebay.de are deleted after the activation of eBay manage payments

HI, All, We are one of the UK based registered sellers on eBay. We are selling our products on ebay.co.uk and as well as on ebay.de (Germany) But we shipped the parcels from Uk and also receive the returns in UK. Today our listings that belongs to ebay.de (Germany) were deleted by eBay. We contacted them and the representative confirmed us that eBay did it because they require a permanent address in Germany for list the products on ebay.de (Germany). All this happen after we were successfully registered for eBay managed payments. As we are UK based and we process the parcels from UK so we haven't any address in Germany but the sellers from China and other countries are also working on ebay.co.uk but they are still working. Does anyone know the solution or Can someone guide us what should we have to do now. Thanks in anticipation.

If you are sending the items from the UK then you should not be listing on ebay.de, but instead use ebay.co.uk

buyers from Germany will still be able to buy your items using ebay.de

ebay listings made on any of the ebay sites will show up on all of the other ebay sites as well
