A buyer in Dublin buys 10 vinyl singles from a private seller for £30 + postage with no BP Fees , a buyer in Doncaster buying the same 10 singles pays £30.00 + BP Fees £8.70 + postage .

Are Ebay saying it's only UK buyers that need protection ?
