Sold eBay items gone missing

Has anybody else had sold items gone missing out of their account today?

Several of my auctions ended this evening and they’re nowhere to be seen.

I have buyers messaging me saying they won but it says the item is unsold.

If you look in your unsold listing or those to be relisted you may find them there!

Apparently there's a global technical issue with this, that members are experiencing, quite a few posts here about this,  sold items ending up in unsold listing or showing to be relisted too, you are not alone.

We have been told it should be sorted within 24 hours.  If not, I would contact eBay Customer Services see if they have any update on this.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

I accepted an offer today, usually I get an e-mail confirming the sale, but nothing appeared. Going back to the offer details, I saw it was pending, payment being processed. However, the item was still showing in my active list, so I had to end the listing. Now the offer details have changed to awaiting payment, but it does not appear in orders. Probably again the result of the global issue.

Hi 1902elder, thanks for your post. 

Did you confirm that the buyer actually pay? Now, when you accept an offer, the item will show as active until the buyer pays, if the buyer doesn't pay the item will still be displayed as active. It will only go to the sold section when the buyer completes the payment.
