How and where can ~I find out how much eBay charge for return shipping labels?
If it's cheaper I'll send an Evri label myself.
The return is a clear cut case of "not as described" abuse, but I will resolve the if the seller actually decides to return their half eaten food item that that have decided they don't like!
How much are these postage prices negotiated by eBay?
Parcel2go / Evri charge £2.24 + VAT

Hi @jolly-chef Sorry can't help with price. I rarely ask for an item back. You can report the seller for not as described abuse and sometimes Ebay refund for the label if you do. Just report them , block them and move on. It's not like you could resell it. Some buyers are just not worth any extra effort or expense.

Based on experience and memory (happy to be corrected if I am wrong) Ebay charge £3.45p.
That is for a tracked, Royal Mail small parcel up to 2kg which is the standard label they issue when a seller is paying for a label for a return.
So, it looks as if your own choice option would be cheaper.
It does have to be tracked.
