I can see that there has been observations that sellers using Royal Mail/Parcelforce are experiencing tracking issues, whereby EBay is not updating their tracking information accurately or at all! This seems to be due to restructuring undertaken by Royal Mail/Parcelforce with the tracking system (I.e., consolidating their system).
is there a solution to this from EBay or a workaround. It’s pretty annoying that my items are being sold and delivered on time but Ebay hasn’t carried through the progress or updating their tracking information tracking on their side.
