Printing labels with customs declarations

Purely a question for those with thermal 4x6 printers and curious if there's a way to print these in a less annoying way. Obv when i ship, its purchase label, print, stick done. Obv packages to the channel islands, ireland or overseas the label u get isnt ur standard 4x6. It's a landscape A4 with the label and a customers declaration. Headache for me so i end up opening the pdf in adobe photoshop, cropping the label to 4x6 and printing that way. I get the feeling there's an easier way i just havent realised lol.

Re: Printing labels with customs declarations

Open an online account with Royal Mail. Not only will that give you cheaper postage prices, but it also prints postage labels and the customs forms on 4" x 6" thermal labels. You have the option of printing individually to thermal printers, of printing four to an A4 page on inkjets. (One tip, I find RM's idea of what 4" x 6" to be a little off, so I set my printer to print at 95%, and this works just fine.)

It can also integrate with eBay, so all the info is transferred automatically both ways; so your labels are ready to be printed (you need to input parcel weight, and select the service you want) , and your tracking details are automatically filled in on eBay. It can be a real time-saver, once you get the hang of it.

Thanks I'll give that a shot as it's really annoying. Tho I do like to use Evri as well. Thank you tho if it integrates with ebay that's perfect.
