Option to send invoices disappeared

Option on sold listings to ‘send payment details’ has disappeared and I’m unable to send people invoices for combined orders like I normally do. I did a live chat with customer service, but I don’t really think they knew what I was talking about.

I have buyers waiting to pay, but are reluctant to pay for the entire postage cost in one go and have me refund due to the amount of money they would have in limbo. 

anybody else having the same problem? Anyone at eBay able to confirm it’s being looked into so I can tell my buyers?

hi think thats a idea that work but only if all items same fixed price. also bfi i think is based on items value at sale not including postage is this right

dont know if this works on auction style listings if items are different values and not at fixed price ?

yes i have been told this also...and when you send postage refund picking option postage adjustment [or similar word] and sent guess what happens they split/% amount between postage and item cost. not the option i picked is this legal?

Hi are you talking about when you have sent refund picking postage discount option and the coming up as not full postage discount?

Also find out if it legal when you send postage refund picking option from drop down box postage discount and send refund you get details say somthing like 40% postage rest from item value . i.e split when i selected postage discount

Does this work on auction sights with different item of diiferent values that are not fixed or buy it know?

This situation doe not help any one or improve relation ships between ebay and customer .i.e buyer and seller

Probably because i mentioned the tv programme in my post..That's what i'm guessing because they don't actuallt say why.

Yes i see that but ebay sent me a message stating it had been removed but is still visible.

That what I was thinking,  how do you work out for HMRC what is a sale and what is postage if you have refunded postage which is tax free?   I always tick the box it is a postage refund.      Will this push people into paying tax who haven’t actually met the criteria in sales?   I am refunding postage on a regular basis, not  that there are many of these because of these changes.  
This just gets worse.

As I keep saying, the other approved workaround is a better option for both parties.

Listing everything they want together.

Guarantees they only pay one 75p fee and no postage refunds required.
