Option on sold listings to ‘send payment details’ has disappeared and I’m unable to send people invoices for combined orders like I normally do. I did a live chat with customer service, but I don’t really think they knew what I was talking about.
I have buyers waiting to pay, but are reluctant to pay for the entire postage cost in one go and have me refund due to the amount of money they would have in limbo.
anybody else having the same problem? Anyone at eBay able to confirm it’s being looked into so I can tell my buyers?

Still not working.... I mean, sending combined invoices is the most basic of basic online purchase stuff, I find it very hard to believe ebay genuinely didn't see this issue arising, so therefore one would assume this is a calculated deliberate strategy to make it even more complicated and unpleasant for private sellers to continue on ebay, and unless they get this sorted asap I'm done and they've lost another 24 year long account. Maybe this is job done, leave the field open for more chinese volume tat 'business' sellers........

I assume sending an invoice is the same as "Send Payment Details"? (If not apologies, ignore me.)
As a generalisation, one of the problems with Ebay is that when a function disappears for some people, other people still have it. There seem to be so many different ways of doing something, and so many dependencies. Sometimes a different browser will work, sometimes the app will work, sometimes it needs a PC, sometimes coming at it from a different direction still works.
Which is a roundabout way of leading up to me saying, sending invoices hasn't disappeared for everyone.
I use a PC, Chrome browser, and use Seller Hub. If I go to orders, any un payed for order has a button "Send payment details" on the left. I used it yesterday to combine two orders for shipping and it works.

I also use Chrome but don't have that button ... so you're right,we all seem to have different options. Different countries maybe...?

my account is also effected. From talking with friends it seems all their accounts are also effected so my suspicion is that this is a widespread issue and not just a few accounts

Yes, similarly from talking to other ebay sellers they are all also affected. If I was to hazard a guess I would say that any private seller who had items listed for sale which were due to end before and after the date the BPF was applied to the category/categories they were selling in are now affected by this shambolic fiasco.

No Seller can raise one and Deidry at Ebay says the Ticket states IT know about it and will take 90 days to resolve. What is going on Marco!!

Told Deidry that alot of Buyers and Sellers were thinking of leaving Ebay but she realy didnt care, Marco.

Also spent 5 hours having ebay staff losing my calls and after 12 call backs spoke to an American Senior customer service member of staff who said he could send a report but there was no timeline and there were other priorities. He said he couldnt hold the issue as it could take an indefinite time to progress.Sad state of affairs Marco. Shocking at lack of care for the business.

It's all part of the plan no more invoicing then we cannot combine postage, will have to refund then they will force SD and we won't even be able to do that any more because they will control all the postage

Replies are all copy and paste same old thing every time. I spoke in chat about how we are supposed to be able to refund out of pending payments (worked once and never again), had not a clue what i was on about, passed me to a so called specialist who was just as bad. He understand my problem in the end but it was the usual case of i'll pass it on i can't do anything

Hi, this has been going on for over a week now, not being able to send invoices is impacting my ebay account severely, why no communication from ebay about this, or likely timescale to fix, we are all completely left in the dark.

Thanks for reply, 90 days ridiculous, so all private ebay sellers throughout the workd for 3 months will not be able to send invoices, looks like ebays on its way out.
