WHY HAVE eBAY BECOME ANTI- SELLER ?

THIS ON GOING SAGA WITH eBAY UK (BPF, SD, DICTATING DELIVERY etc) WILL COME TO A HEAD IN THE NEXT 7/10 DAYS WITH THOSE SELLERS THAT HAVE ALREADY DELISTED THEIR SELLING ITEMS BEING JOINED BY SEVERAL MORE OF US.

WITH SO MANY SELLERS MENTIONING ON THESE COMMUNITY BOARDS THAT BIDS AND SALES HAVE DROPPED OFF DRASTICALLY OVER THE PAST 6/9 MONTHS, eBAY SHOULD HAVE REGROUPED AND REVISITED THEIR OPERATION BUT NOT IN THE RIDICULOUS AND SENSELESS WAY THEY HAVE RECENTLY DONE.

CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF ARE NOT SURE OF THEIR OPERATION AND OFTEN GIVE OUT CONFLICTING AND INCORRECT INFORMATION.

CONFIDENCE AND MORALE OF SELLERS (AND BUYERS) ARE CURRENTLY AT AN ALL TIME LOW.

IT NEEDS TO BE ASK … WHAT ARE SENIOR MANAGEMENT DOING … PROBABLY BLUFFING THEIR WAY THROUGH EACH WORKING DAY.

WHY HAVE eBAY BECOME ANTI- SELLER ?

I suspect that eBay conduct their business with a "We know best" type of attitude, despite having never bought or sold anything on the site in their lives.  As a result of this gap in their knowledge, eBay lack the necessary insight into which changes to the site would be a vast improvement for buyers and sellers alike, and which changes would only serve to exacerbate existing site problems and make matters worse.  Therefore, it would appear that eBay are literally guessing as to which changes would work and implementing the ideas without a proper trial period that is subject to the changes being revoked in the event that they failed to bring the necessary improvements to the site.  Add to that eBay's point blank refusal to admit when they've made a complete and utter pig's ear of something with their poorly thought out changes and you've got a recipe for disaster...
