How do set up free postage???
I know I should set "seller pays" but there's no option to change that.
On existing listing I can only change to an another existing postage policy
There's no option to create a postage policy for free postage, or Seller pays???
I'm so confused
Any ideas???

Do you not get these options <I'm on a desktop running Firefox>?

No. Where did you find those options?

It could be that my account has different options available <I'm a private seller> at the moment as Ebay seem to be changing things constantly, so if you can't see the page as I show above after following the details below then I can't help further I'm afraid.
Maybe someone else will know more?
When you create a new listing, or edit an existing one, it’s under ‘Delivery details - Click on ‘Postage only’ 'Simple Delivery’ & you should get the option to either click on ‘buyer pays’ or ‘seller pays’
Or, if you scroll back up a little to ‘Simple delivery’ again, just under that there is a link ‘Switch to advanced options’.
If you click that you can tick the ‘free postage’ box.
I would also check the help page on Ebay on how to check the postage method selected, & the cost, as you would want to to check that the buyer can not choose an expensive option like special delivery etc.:

Hi chriselee, thanks for your post.
You should be able to see what zoomingmouse sees on the screenshots they uploaded, if you are not seeing that, could you please take a screenshot of what you are seeing at the moment, so I can take a further look for you at the moment.
In the meantime, you can see more about free postage with Simple Delivery here.
Thank you,
Marco

Yeah eBay Postage is now really messed up
Those options don't appear on the mobile app or the seller hub. These options only appear via webpage or individual item. There's no longer any method to switch a group of listings to free post like you could. No method of creating free postage policy like you could. Really messed up

Hi Marco
I don't get any of these options. I can only see Simple Delivery. I'm trying to send golf clubs which need a little more than 120cm but they are generally very light.
Any help gratefully received.

Simple Delivery is now mandatory for all Private sellers.
However, there's still an issue with listing items which are oversize and should be exempt from Custom Postage. The Custom Postage is just not showing !
or from the link below, another workaround is offered:

Thanks so much for your help but I'm still struggling with this. I cannot get any of these options to work.
I sold a bit through Ebay some years back and it was so simple and now it just seems very difficult for awkwardly sized items.
Have top day,

Not sure of the device and browser you are using, but if the app or mobile browser, then switch if you can to try those workarounds with a laptop / PC and try Chrome, that combo seems to work well.

Aaah, you're welcome.
It is a strange thing but different browsers / device combinations, seem to work for some, and not for others! 🤔
Worth scrambling around until you find what works for you.
I'm a laptop + Chrome girl, all good there for me ! 🤗
