We need a black list of buyers.

With Royal Mail failures and scammers trying to get a refund and keeping the item, we should have within the community a way to black list a buyer so that he can't buy from us again.

Buyer protection fee. What is it for?

What is buyer protection for? For example one of my items arrived slightly damaged in the post. I refund immediately , I was not interested in them sending it back. What is the fee actually for? What is it protecting?

Problem with track48 serial YA Royal Mail
