Buyers Getting Checkout Error Due To Shipping Restrictions

Before we used the Global Shipping Programme - we manually input our postage costs and had no problems posting worldwide - but since using the GSP - we are getting so many buyers trying to buy and then at checkout getting this error message - any ideas?

(Checkout Error - We are sorry but the item you have selected cannot be purchased due to seller shipping restrictions or due to country specific import/export or other relevant restrictions)

Mahogany will trigger an issue with GSP as it was added to CITES  a few years ago. There a quite a few woods which cannot be shipped so worth looking in to.

I've Read your one of your Adverts.  What is the Facia made of Wood or something else?  As the mention of Wood may be causing the restriction.
