Buyer miss using the returns policy

Ive I sold a perfectly good item to a buyer, who has installed it into his computer but now says its damged. Ive been sent a photo of the item and its in perfectly good order no damage is visible. I have asked for some photos to prove the item is damaged and I got no responce. so ive contacted Ebay through the report a buyer tab for some help and to inform them of the problem.

Today Ebay have Issued a returns lable and taken the money from my account. The postage they have selected is £3.25 and the original postage was £1.55 and have begun the refund process.

What can I do.

i would like to block the buyer from buying from me again if thats posible.

You can Block them here:

Blocking bidders and buyers | eBay

If you were registered as a Business Seller you would have the option of 50% refund for used/damaged returns. As a Private Seller you could check the condition when it comes back, photograph any damage, and Chat with eBay CS before refunding (but do all of this quickly).
